TELL ME MORE ABOUT MOVABLE USE OF CLIP ART.
To clarify, movable use is only permitted if the clip art has been "corrupted" by layering your own image and text to prevent it from being copied in its pure form. This must mean the clip art has been FLATTENED with your own additions - the clip art should never be left "bare" or be able to be lifted and copied by others as is. There are no additional licences required for this kind of use.
