Welcome to my monthly teacher life updates where I share what I've been up to at school, what new teaching resources I have created and any other things that have been going on!
In school:
March is always a busy time of year for me - deadlines, mid-year appraisals, even more parents' evenings, even more reports, curriculum planning for next year, writing reports for my trainee teacher etc. There were some really cool moments this month and one of my favourites is the new bullying unit I am teaching to my year 7 students. It is going down a treat so far - they're being so open and honest with myself and their peers and I'm learning so much more about what it's like for them these days, especially being in a teen in a world of social media...
So yes, a little crazy but at least it's the end of term next week, hooray!

In my store:
As I mentioned, one of the big things I am teaching right now is all about bullying. My students have really been engaging with this topic, so I have shared the resource I am using with you in my store. Check it out below. I also bundled up my first 5 character education resources so you can get the whole pack for a 20% discount!

On the site:
I made a couple of updates to the site for you, have you noticed? I've added a "training materials" section to give you a detailed how to guide for teaching Character Education and Exit Tickets in your classroom. I'll keep adding more over time, so watch this space! Blog wise, this month I've been all about student well-being as so many of my students are stressed to the max in preparation for exam season coming up soon.
Check out the articles I wrote for you this month:
On Social Media:
If you're following me on Instagram you'll have seen more of my Instastories where I'm sharing more of my personal life and behind the scenes shots! They only last 24 hours though so be sure to check back every day! You can check out my Instagram here @teachersresourceforce. I've also been experimenting with new photography styles and I created a new silhouette logo to use on my images, which I am really digging! What do you think?
In life:
I've been running on survival mode for most of March, to be perfectly honest! Like Rihanna, it's pretty much been all "work, work, work, work, work, work"....! I'm really looking forward to the end of term next week though, I cannot wait for 2 glorious weeks off!
How has your month been? Have you had your Spring break yet? Leave a comment below, I'd love to hear from you!
