Integrity is not something you show others - it's how you behave behind their back | Teach On, Teach Strong Podcast
Have you ever been the victim of gossip at work, where you walk in the room and you’re so sure people have been talking about you? Or maybe you’ve been gossiping about someone and then been busted as they walk into the room? Neither one feels good, right?

In this episode we discuss integrity and gossiping in the workplace and why we, as teachers, need to be really careful as our integrity is on the line here. I also share with you a story about teachers caught gossiping and the impact that had - hint, it went much further than you may think.

If you ever get sucked into the world of gossip at work and really want to stop, make sure you listen to today's episode - it will change your whole mindset.

    LISTEN. LEARN. LIVE.
The Teach On, Teach Strong Podcast is all about providing FREE personal development for teachers!

Firstly let's put this out there:
I am not a guru. I am not a life coach. I AM A TEACHER just like you - sharing lessons I am learning in my teaching journey.

Why I started this podcast: Success can be broken down into  20% skill and 80% mindset. We have plenty of support for professional development (20% skill) but I've found that support for personal development (80% mindset), is lacking for us teachers - UNTIL NOW!

This podcast is a movement I've started to support teachers, and my sole aim is to help you succeed in teaching by developing your personal mindset, so you can be the best teacher you can be!

Tune in every Sunday and Wednesday, and listen to a fellow teacher, who still teaches full time just like you, share with you free personal development tools to enable you to teach on and teach strong every day, and continue to make a difference to the lives of young children.
